[ICOM] problem w/rig interface circuit Pro II

HI Everyone,
I wonder if anyone knows a way I can troubleshoot the rig interface circuit? 
My Pro II appears to have stopped working. I've checked the serial port I 
was using with another rig and all is well on the computer side. With CTWIN 
I get "Icom radio not echoing", and on N1MM I get "rig not responding".
Thought, ideas?
