The poster is obviously a member of
those lists to which he posted his ad.
I have never seen anybody complain
about this on the various military radio
and surplus nets to which I belong.

I don't see the problem.  I guess if
I wish to multi-post, I'll just send it
to myself with BLIND copies to the
desired lists.

Maybe he can use those 30 bucks for the keyer for a non-spamming email 
account. :-)

That is correct. See List Posting guidelines at qth.net. It's kind of a 
gentlemen's agreement or courtesy not to do that. 1 or 2 lists, sure. 4 or 
more gets a bit excessive I think. Don't forget that we're using a free 
service here that has to process all this stuff. I'm sure opinions vary on 
this.
