[ICOM] IC2KL 10 meter mod?

Hi Mike,

It was not a "mod"; the factory built our 2KL's with all bands, and the
corresponding front panel/bandswitch. You have the standard version of the
IC-2KL, as I did. The US version was a separate variant. The standard
version is the most desirable, and quite rare on the used market in the US.

Activating 10/12m on the Quadra involves a simple programming parameter
change, rather than SMT diode removal as per the PW-1. (The 10/12m mod for
the PW-1 is actually fairly easy.)
