[ICOM] IC-706 MKIIG

Another item to check carefully is the Molex power connector on both
the DC cable as well as the chassis-mounted power connector.  I have
had a couple rigs fail with the same symptom and it was traced to
loose terminals not "grabbing" each other snugly.
