[ICOM] IC-PW1: Disclaimer (a necessary evil)

Hi Guys,

Notwithstanding all that has thus far been posted on this topic, I feel that
a word of caution is needed:

The IC-PW1 is a very complex piece of equipment, which incorporates
sensitive circuits operating at dangerously high voltage and current levels.
Only persons possessing the requisite skills, and having access to the
necessary test equipment and tools (including an SMT soldering/desoldering
station), should attempt repairs.

In all other cases, the equipment should be sent to an authorised Icom
service centre.
