[ICOM] Mic gain on the 706 MKIIG

I would,

1. Check the current deviation as specified in the SM
2. Adjust to spec.

If still too hot due to voice characteristics then adjust down.

I will check distortion on a 1KHz tone as I change the mike gain and see 
what happens. The deviation didn't change.
