[ICOM] 746pro sn# question

This may be true for the US but here in Russia you are on your own if 746
exhibits that tx problem.
As far as ICOM's claim is I know at least 4 people here with 746PRO who had
to fix that tx problem either themselves or had to pay someone who did it
for them. Shame because otherwise this rig is pretty good value for money.
