[ICOM] TX troubles on IC 7000

That's a good question John:
I don't know the answer, but Adam has such a feel for not
only the Ham Operator side of things but also for what
Icom (as a manufacturer and developer) has to battle that
I hope he answers both our questions.
I know many times as operators we tend to look at it from
our own bottom line point of view (do it work or don't it)
while not considering the marketing, Q&A, Development side
of things that I was hoping Adam could help shed some
light where we could all understand it better.
He seems to have a balance of it all for some reason,
which is one reason why I love reading this group.

Code may be taking a back seat for now,
but the pioneering spirit that put the code
there in the first place is out front of it all.
