[ICOM] IC-230

I had an Icom 230 in the early 80s, and it got me started on VHF DXing.  Was
using it on FM simplex with a 5/8 wave magmount stuck in the rain gutter of
the house.  Worked Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota from Eastern Iowa.
