[ICOM] PW-1 What does this mean?

My symptoms were the same as yours. They ended up replacing a pair of finals
for $285.39 and 16 hours labor for $336.00, plus throw in 1 fan for 28.20
and a couple of smaller parts.

Note says:

Replaced faulty RF finals, shorted diode, capacitors in filter unit, bad
relay driver IC, fan driver transistor on main board, bad fan on tuner unit,
realigned and verified overall operation, replaced transient absorber in
filer unit.

I have a receipt here from Icom America for $637.15 to repair my PW-1.
