[ICOM] Turning up SSB power on 756PRO

Hi John,

If the 756Pro delivers 100W CW, it will deliver 100W PEP on SSB. You can
check this with a dummy load, an oscilloscope and an accurate RF power
meter:

Do not attempt to increase the transmitter output above 100W CW.
