[ICOM] Turning up SSB power on 756PRO

I got my Icom 756PRO and while it is a great radio, it is only hitting about 70 watts on voice peaks on SSB, and this is according to the meter on the 756PRO as well. The 756 original I had would do the full 100 out on SSB according to its meters (had 2 of them, they both did it).

I remember reading on the Icom reflector that the SSB was set at the factory for 70 watts so it would match the PW1 without any adjustments being necessary. That message also said that you could turn up the power to 100 watts internally. I have briefly looked in the service manual and didn't find exactly how to do this.

Does anyone here know how to get the SSB power up to 100 watts? It is doing the full 100W on CW and FM.
