[ICOM] PW-1 What does this mean?

Thanks for the suggestion Harry,

 

But

 

It didn't work. 

That is I reset the PW-1 as in the start up procedures for it to acquire
information from my Icom 746pro.  I have also tried tuning the antenna under
reduced power without any luck.  The Amp protect is still activated
instantly.  

 

Might there be any other suggestions.
