Jerry I think you're using a SteppIR antenna aren't you? I don't use the
tuner on my PW-1 with the stepper as it's not needed.

There's no contesting on the WARC bands and there's a power limit on
30M,
but power limits on 12M and 17M?...who were the gentlemen that agreed to
that? 8^)
All the other bands will hold a tune in memory. The tuning section gives
no
clue to why 17M won't hold a tune in memory.
