[ICOM] 737/738

There was no factory issue with the tuner so far as I remember. Its 
range is up to 3:1, some of course did better than that.I always 
figured that was due to their antenna configuration.
I would suspect the SWR detection circuit. Probably the non 
economical to repair may have figured troubleshooting time verses the 
value of the transceiver. There are others who could likely repair 
the tuner at reasonable cost. So far as I remember again the internal 
tuner in the 738 is an At-180.

Likely Scott Malcom or Kuni Okuma could repair it.
