[ICOM] Replacement Part for Ic-2100H

I caught this post earlier, but didn't have time to
respond. IF (and I do mean IF) this is the same device
as in the IC-746pro, it is not an ordinary optical
encoder. The one in the 746pro is a magnetic encoder.
The earlier post mentioned a small PCB on the encoder.
This matches the IC-746pro setup. IF this is the case
- I offer this advice: look at the small board
attached to the control. You should see two very small
surface mount pots. These control the reference
voltage to the "up-down" circuit logic.
Using a jewler's screwdriver, make 1/16 turn
adjustments and you might bring it back to life.
As far as getting a direct replacement, it can be
