[ICOM] Replacement Part for Ic-2100H

	A friend in VU land is searching for a replacement dial encoder part for his 
Icom IC-2100H transceiver. He has no luck in his land,  does anybody know 
where can he get that part?. The part is called EVQ-VENF01 in the main
