Absolutely, which is why I always use USPS to do my shipping whether it's
a few ounces or "big" number of pounds. There is no problem shipping
anywhere there is a USPS Zip, and if you use their Priority Flat Rate
boxes or prepaid boxes, the shipping charge is the same whether you send
it to your next-door neighbor or 3000 miles across the country to another
state. Don't know if I've been lucky, but have had no problems shipping
to Canada, Mexico and other Central America Countries, South America,
Europe, Asia, Australia, and even to countries in Africa. All shipping
here started with USPS and then through the local country postal
processes.

Unfortunately, I can't always command things being shipped to me, to use
the same service.
