[ICOM] RE: swap shops

I always scratch my head when someone posts a for sale with a "ship to
lower 48 only". I guess Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any place with a
USPS Zip Code, other than the "lower 48" are foreign to them. Never been
able to figure this one out.
