[ICOM] Re: IC-2720 failure to communicate (RS232 that is)

After further review, I disassembled the OPC-4789 cable and found the 
cable shield bare and dragging on the PC board of the level converter 
inside. I suspect damage. Time for another OPC! (but not in time for my 
trip. So much for the 50 new frequencies I was going to enter into the rig.)
