[ICOM] Need help with Icom 706

Hello,

I have an Icom 706 original which keeps giving me problems with no 
transmit or low power.  This problem origionates from the filter board.  
To solve this problem I need a Matsushita AHY-103 or HY 1-12 v relay.  I 
already have a few extra diodes.  After contacting Icom  (USA ), They 
told me they were on backorder and they are also on backorder on 
digikey.   I did contact Icom  Canada and they said they did have them, 
Part # 6330001320, But they could not ship to the USA.  I was wondering 
if anyone in Canada could order them and send them to me or maybe 
someone would have an extra filter board for the origional Icom 706 ?
