[ICOM] PW-1

Well Gary,

It is the same connector that I used before no change at the PW-1 side and
simply an RCA jack at the rig.
I don't feel that the 0.3 volts DC is the issue - as a matter of fact I
think that is exactly what the PW-1 is looking for.  But I have successfully
used the 13.5 form the FT-1000mp and a 12v power supply when I operated a
TS-940S.  Those worked just fine.

Hopefully help is on the way.

For a product to be sensitive to 0.3 volts DC change is darned near
impossible though its happening at your place. 

Do you have an accurate external variable DC supply you could double check
those results with? 

I am wondering if the new rig is not outputting enough current for the PW-1.
Or maybe a faulty cable connection / solder joint might be the culprit.
