oOOoooPs .. that didn't come out right .. I meant , the fuse lamp in the 
front end .. aaarrgghhh, darn keyboard sure goofs up my emails . HIHI .. Oh 
well, 2wice is good.
BTW .. after a couple months,  I am simply HAPPY with my "new" 756P2 .. it 
worky worky oh so good!  I have not had the opportunity to operate a P3 yet, 
but cannot believe it would be worth 2wice the price!   Mark

Just FYI .. so did Yaesu.   Used to blow the fuse in the front end of my
back yard neighbor's FT-101 front end with my little Henry    =];?}   in

Many years ago, R. L. Drake receivers and transceivers
use a small lamp wired in series between the coax input
or T/R relay and the input circuitry as a hedge against
destructive overload.
