[ICOM] faulty bandfilter switch IC-720

Hello Icom fans,

Having not used the rig for many years, the following problem shows up:

After switching on the IC-720 it turns out that the "rotary relay RL 2" keeps on switching.
There is one exception: when using the up/down button on the front and switching it to
3,6 Mc/s the rig is working properly.
The RL 2 goes to the base of Q1 and to Logic, eg. the J8 connector.

Any ideas how to solve? Whatsay Adam, VA7OJ/AB4OJ .......
