[ICOM] IC-751A VFO

I have lost my VFO function on my 751A.  When in the VFO position (TS, DFS,
Band all off) the frequency and display do not change when the knob is
turned.  However, the memory channel indication does change.  It is the same
for VFO A and B.  When Memory and DFS are selected, the frequency also does
not change...turning the tuning knob continues to change the selected
memory.

Additionally, my RC-10 keypad won't 'enter' a frequency into the 751A.  The
4, 5, 6 and 7 keys on the RC-10 do not register on the display.  Others keys
do show on the display. 


Any clues?
