[ICOM] Question.

I have an opportunity to pick up an IC-W32E handheld with no batteries, but
for a very cheap price.  I have plenty of batteries.

My question is, what is the real difference between the A and E models?  In
the past the E versions didn't have DTMF but rather had a 1750 hz tone.  Is
this a fact her too?  Anyone know?
