[ICOM] IC2KL Bias supply

Hello Dave,
I was reading your message and wanted to ask you a question.
I was thinking of buying an fl2100z and wanted to know what to look for when
buying one.
Is there any tests that I can do with a min of gear that will tell me that I
should avoid it like the plague.
Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
