[ICOM] Icom noise blanker

With the NB only in the dsp, If the nasty stuff is very loud, won't
it swamp out the front before the dsp can get to it ????
I notice the Orion is using analog NB before the NR in DSP.
However I have no experience with NB in DSP only.
I still believe that Inoue could have done better with the NB.. in
the 756 , P2 & P3 I have now. I say that while awaiting 10 months of
ComEd visiots and promises.
The latest "reason" for delay, " ran out of the parts needed"...
to FIX the five poles 1400' away while provide S6-S9.. on 20 ( yes w/pre on)
