[ICOM] IC-2SAT Disassembly - Assembly

Recently I opened up my IC-2SAT to repair the wire that 
goes from the BNC connector to the circuit card.  In 
putting the rig back together, I found one part that 
doesn't seem to fit anywhere.  It is a cylindrical 
black rubber part, about 1/8 inch in diameter, and 
about 1/4 inch long.

The service manual calls this a "BP rubber."   I 
believe this has something to do with the battery pack, 
as the assembly drawing shows it next to the battery 
pack.  It must go somewhere alongside the battery pack 
to keep it from banging around inside the housing.

Does anyone know where this little part goes?
