[ICOM] ICOM Pro series: backlight issue

Hello Vladimir and All,

That's an interesting variation on the 756 LCD problem.

I just re-checked mine here (which is on its second LCD display and after about 
4 years is again showing the line fault) and any setting of the display 
brightness and contrast adjustments does not get rid of the lines. I can get 
rid of the information that way, but not the lines, which isn't that much help!

It seems there may be more than one failure mode...
