Clete,

I believe the only controls for the UT-102 are the language (English
or Japanese), the speed of the speech (fast or slow), and whether it
reads out just the frequency and mode or the frequency, mode and S
meter level.  The volume of the synthesizer is tied to the volume
control on the front panel.

If anybody knows differently please advise.
