   This  ham  (Paul)  can walk into any ham radio store and purchase this
   type  radio  and  many others similar to it without any issues what so
   ever.



   I  don't  see how your restriction of selling your radio to General or
   above helps anyone or anything.

   And  yes, if I were Paul, I WOULD be offended by your insenuation that
   he  might  operate it on 11 meters or any other band he isn't licensed
   to operate on.



   That  said, you do have the right to NOT sell your radio to anyone you
   chose.   I  just  believe  your  reason  for  not  selling  it to this
   particular ham is very, very shallow.
