Sorry, kinda mess... Indeed, the ON/OFF switch toggles timer, not Standby. 
Though there had to be a button with light behind it somewhere... And thanks 
to Dave, my mistake is corrected, I was thinking about SP-20.
Jerry, I hope, you have any of the speakers and can play either by muting 
one of sources or just toggle them.
