[ICOM] Standby Switch? Solution Found!

Thanks, Jim.... I have found the solution. ICOM provided an audio muting 
feature on a couple of their accessory speakers... the SP-20 and SP-23... 
and that's just what I needed.  And thanks also to all the others who 
responded to my question, both on and off the reflector.
