[ICOM] ICOM's on AM (again)

I seem to remember some problem like this with the IC-781.  Since I run an
IC-781 AND an ICOM amplifier, I never bothered to follow up.

However, you might look into that problem for the IC-781.  Perhaps it might
give you an idea for your own radio.  I remember the information changing
some caps to slow down the spike - or speed up the ALC response - or
something.

Sorry - I do not have now and never have had a 746 in any version, nor have
I used AM except for CB and some time long ago on 6m.  That was an old tube
radio.
