[ICOM] IC-575H questions

Hello Icom List:
                    I have a line on an Icom 575H that has had a noisy fan that makes a high pitched buzzing/whining noise. The noise is not loud nor does it sound like it is laboring  while running. The fan works, blows air, seems like it does what it is supposed to do, except this buzz noise. The fellow sent it back to Icom under warranty but the fan still buzzes 15 years later. This sounds like a costly and difficult replacement/repair, can anyone advise?  Cosmetically it looks very nice, otherwise said to work ok, what is it worth?
