Hmmm! That may be the problem. I am using a sealed battery that is rated 27amphr. And when fully charged is 13.5 v. but have not checked the battery or rear of 706 under load.
   
  Thanks for the suggestion! I have a friend who has a 706 and I am asking him to bring his power supply for the 706.
