[ICOM] Re ; Tuning Knob on Icom Ic765

Directly below the tuning knob, on the bottom of 
the radio, there's an adjustment of the tuning knob brake. It's easy to adjust.

Oh yes, you can find this adjustment on page 52 of the User's Manual.
