[ICOM] IC-761 trimmers

Removing the covers is the hardest part of the whole job.

I removed my covers by useing a small screw driver to pry up on the cover as 
I heated the solder.  You may have to go around the cover with heat/prying a 
couple of times before the cover will pop off.

Replacing the cover is not a problem, just put the cover in position and 
re-heat the solder.
