[ICOM] CW Filter install/Icom 275H

Hello:
       Anyone ever install a CW filter on an Icom 275H?  Keep in mind I get nervous disassembling something I have no business taking apart, I tried to install new panel bulbs in the radio and gave up, awfully complex to disassemble. The manual does not cover disassembly of the radio, it shows that you stuff the filter in it's intended hole, I think I can do that part but getting to that stage is the problem. Any help, ideas welcome.
