[ICOM] ICOM 756 PRO 3 Signal level changes

To reiterate: That signal is not a birdie (internally-generated spurious
response): it is the 4th harmonic of the NTSC colour-burst frequency.  Cable
systems, TV sets, VCR's and other NTSC video devices radiate it. The thing
is inescapable (unless one lives in a place where there is no NTSC video). I
can see it on my HP spectrum analyser too.

That birdie on 14.315-14317 you will have to live with it is on every Icom
radio I have owned or operated in the last 7 years..
