[ICOM] IC-2KL on 240v

Thanks for the suggestions guys.  I need to check the 240 phasing.  Yes, the
amp has full output on 120v...500w on the nose.  I was using it on a
dedicated 20 amp, 120v circuit.  The 240v outlet shows 120v from each side
to ground and 240 across the hot connections.  Yes, I only moved the straps,
not the xfmr connections.  Actually, only a single strap is in the circuit
on 240, the second strap is "parked" on terminals 1 and 2 with no
connections.  It is a new outlet installaton (new building).  Next step is
dig the trusty SB-221 out of storage and test it on the same outlet.  Hey
Michael, no offence taken...sometimes the most obvious explanations are the
most easily overlooked.  I will ohm out the xfmr windings at first chance.

this evening.
