Since I do not have an IC-2KL, I don't know how the transformer is marked,
or laid out.
The phasing of the two primary windings is also important, and if they are
not wired properly, in series, (or in parallel, for that matter on 120VAC),
you won't get the proper voltage on the secondary side.
Just a thought, or am I making it more confusing?
