[ICOM] FL52A problem-additional details

Here are some additional details about the problem I am having with the 
FL52A filter in my Icom 756.  There seems to be a large amount of insertion 
loss on receive.

In my own personal experience over the years beginning with the earlier 
Icoms up through the IC-775DSP, including the IC-756, I've never had a 
problem either installing or with the operation of the filters.. For what 
it's worth.
