[ICOM] Best Icom HF rig

I second Jan's comments.

I have a 765 with the 'full treatment' of mods and filters and I believe it to be the best of the vintage ICOM rigs and one of the best values per dollar. Preferred here over the 775. The 765 is a bit short on modern features but long on receiver performance.

I think the best recent ICOM rigs are the 7800 and Pro III in that order.
