[ICOM] IC706 Mk2G and AH-3

FWIW, I use an IC-706 Mk2 on all bands, including 6 m, with the SGC 
SG-237 auto tuner. Works fine on the boat using an insulated backstay 
and in the car using various fender mounted whips.

I use the BetterRF module to allow use of the tune button, works great.
