[ICOM] PW-1 tuner problem

I seem to be having problems using the PW-1 on 160. My rig indicates the
Carolina Windom I'm using is a 2 to 1 match which I think should be
within the PW1's range. However it won't load. Sometimes it starts to
load then I here a clicking sound and the SWR meter in the remote head
goes to infinity. The tuner works on all the other bands.

Anybody had this problem?
