[ICOM] Icom 765 -- No audio in the SSB, CW or RTTY Modes

I have an Icom 765 that does not have audio in the LSB, USB, CW, and RTTY
modes.  The S-Meter is showing good signals.  However, when I switch the
radio to AM or FM I have full audio (I am currently listening comfortably to
an 75 meter AM QSO at 20-30 over S-9 with the audio control turned to about
the 0900 o'clock position.)

If I switch to SSB, CW or RTTY I do not hear the QSO no matter were the
volume control is set.   NOTE: that when I tune in a SSB or CW station in AM
mode I have do not have any problem with the audio.  When switch to SSB mode
(or CW or RTTY) I can not hear the SSB station.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
