[ICOM] Pro II Dual Watch

A quick check on the dual watch function is to tune in a signal with the 
radio not in split or dual watch, press (and hold for a couple of seconds) 
DUAL WATCH.  This will place both VFO's on the same frequency.

Then rotate the BAL control through it's range.

If you hear your station at both ends of the BAL pots range, the dual watch 
function is working OK.
