[ICOM] Origional Icom 706 w/ Low power, Any suggestions ???

Hello,

I have an origional Icom 706 that has the following symptoms,  It has 
low power on 10 through 160 meters.  On 6 meters the power output is 
full output and the power drops lower and lower as you go down in 
frequency.  On 10 meters I have around 40 watts and on 160 meters I only 
have about 3 or 4 watts.  I put the rig on my Astron RM 50 Amp supply 
and it draws about 10 watts on 10 through 160 meters.  Does anyone have 
any suggestions ?  I don't think it's the finals since I get acceptable 
power out on 6 meters.   I have not tested 2 meters as of yet.
